Well jilli what if we start at ur home town, Bp nerang so all the goldcoast riders can join us, then go throu the back parts of the country towns like natural bridge then ride down to murwillumbah then up thru uki and nimbin and into lismore and across to ballina then come back thru lennox head and banglow into byron bay then back up the highway home that's if u would like this ride just check it out on a map hear from u soon cya hilda and pan ur choose ur ride

We cant make it on the 27th, no chance of making it the sunday 3rd of august instead is there ?? We are heading south anyway on the 3rd (Holidays) I wont blame ya if ya go without us.

I assume we are talking about Wackers here ? I nearly bought a bike from Kingaroy Motorcycles and changed my mind because of change of job at the time but those guys were bending over backwards to help and offering to give me all sorts of stuff for free. They were even gonna give me a $6000 trade on my 81 Katana,I wish I would have gone back to em when I eventually did buy.

RT,I hadn't heard any bad reports about them at the time and they were and still are a lot closer to me for services and so on. I was living in Maryborough when I was thinking about buying from Kingaroy but then got a job transfer to Brissy.

Bob,sounds good,we would prefer to leave on monday the 4th if that suits you, we dont know where we are heading yet but going down the mount lindsay Hway and then getting onto the New England Hway has been talked about. Have you ever ridden from Walcha to Port Maquarie on the Oxley Hway ?? Its one of the best bike runs on the east coast, its a bit further than you are going, would you be interested ?? Did you want to spend a night anywhere along the way ? etc,etc.

Oh Lordy... what a thread!!! And the ride is still two weeks away! LOL!

As a few of you already know I've nothing but GREAT things to say about Hoody, Dallas and the crew at Kingaroy... shame they'd done their quota and couldn't get your Dyna for you Sycle. But think long and hard about them for the new sporty.

As for the ride. I'll be there (wherever there is??!!) on the 27th... I'd enjoy any of those routes mentioned (even the notorious Lions Rd). Or wherever else folk may decide to go.

Looks like the 3rd of August is also free at this point. Howabout we start a new thread for the 3rd so we can plan BOTH rides
