How much better are they than the stock as far as comfort?  ( I'm a short ass with short arms)

For me they were better, I was able to sit more upright, was a little round shouldered with stock, probably because the grips were lower. They are wide though, 38" vs the 35"(ish) of the stock bars, so that might be a consideration. I'm 6' tall and average arms.
