After some opinions on which single seat for 09 SG  .Any experience IE; price /comfort/ local distributor etc etc .

 Harley Brawler seat works well - have on mine & are very happy with it.

I'm considering a badlander seat for my 2011. Pull it out of the states for just under $300 inc freight.

 I was considering putting a FXD solo seat on mine, they are quite cheap compared to most.  What makes the Brawler so good compared to the standard solo offering, does it justify more than double the (list) price?

Not having a go, just curious.

My vote goes to the Danny Gray seat - have a look at their website there are several solo seat options. I had a Danny Gray Big Seat on my last bike and it was super cumfy and well made.

 They do make a Solo Super Reach seat for Dynas.  Not pretty though...

For me,  the HD ' Signature Solo Series'' solo seat with rider back rest turned out to be a good choice.  The adjustable back rest really works well for my back and the cushion on the seat is nice and comfortable for my FAT ASS!!. The negatives are, on a Road King the seat raises you about 3/4 of a inch higher than the standard seat and the price,  you can save yourself about 300 dollars if you buy overseas before August the 1st.

i have the brawler. Its low and hard and you sit a long way back. Love it. Looks mean as well.

I run a lepera solo, hot rod series, with gel. Its well made and bloody good. Ordered straight off their web.
