What engine and clutch oil to use

I need to carry out a first service on Jenny's 2008 Sportster nightster and also do a routine service on my 2006 StreetBob.

I will need to drain the oil in both bikes as don't want to mix oil from the UK with oil from here.

Any ideas what engine oil and what clutch oil I should get?

    Thanks guys

I use Penrite Diesel oil in gearbox engine & primary.

Harley recommend it if you can't get overpriced genuine HD oil.

Use a good quality oil with the correct weight in the engine, gear oil in the gear box and 20w 50w in the primary,,,, not car oil with friction modifiers.

I've noticed that mineral gearbox oils are of 80 - 90 viscisity
Where as the synthetic gearbox oils are rated at roughly 10 - 40 viscosty.
Any of you brother spanner-heads had experience with these two types of oils, even in the mining industry.

Dont put gear oil in the primary as the clutch wont work correctly.

The dealer tells me the harley oil sold in Australia is made buy penrite, if thats the case they sell it for the same price as penrite.

I was talking with a bloke today who I was doing some work for and he highly recommends diesel oil for the engine and specific gearbox oil. He used to work for a company that tested oils. He really likes RX super and uses it in all his vehicles, even the wife's new Toyota hybrid.

Those penrite are way too thin, okay for winter for a few months
Castrol GTX 20-50 or the Valvoline 20-50 mineral been using 8000km change,  same in primary and nulon mineral in transmission

Redline high temp ATF in the primary.
