Just found out that customs in Sydney delayed delivery of my trike kit from the U.S.A because of the "wood" the fuckin' crate was made of

Was ready to fly over Friday night, then ride it to Brisvegas for shipping to the states.  Just as well I had a week to spare...... there was supposedly a strike in there somewhere to

I am one pissed off biker    H-D in Blacktown had better sweeten this deal, or suffer the "wrath of Annie" and that ain't pretty!

 

Bummer Annie, and i don't want to sound like a nego, but even though you think you got it all sussed, expect the unexpected when it comes to trying to deal with Australian Customs, every one of the fleas that work there can come up with a different interpretation of what's written in the book. And they usually do.

Anyone importing anything with wood, e.g. pallets or crates just needs to make sure they use "ISPM15" wood, e.g. its already bought/sold certified and anyone sending stuff internationally would use only ispm15 stamped wood - you would hope.

Finally!!  Lunch time today the crate was unloaded at the stealer.

Should see a sweet looking blue/black trike ridin' out of Sydney around lunch time on Sat. 14th
