Can anyone point me in the direction of a good quality yet resonably priced stand so I can do the maintenance that is required with the bike off the ground.

    Cheers

Be aware that most stands like the Repco one are not wide enough to fit the the underframe of a Dyna.  You will most likely need the lift kit from Harley to use one of those lifts on a Dyna.

We have 2 of these IB Lifts for over 2 years now an excellent product, not chunky like the other lifts which go under Harleys, so you are able to walk around both sides of the bike without any obstructions.

I use these lifts on my Fatboy Lo also my partners Sportster, they have a 450kg rating, they sell for around $350

The Kendon Stand-Up™ motorcycle lifts do everything the big lifts do except take up space  when not in use. The motorcycle lifts are perfect for routine maintenance, bike cleaning, and detailing. The Kendon Stand-Up™ motorcycle lift capacity of 1,000 pounds is perfect for Choppers, Cruisers, and Sport-Bikes. Storage ofthe motorcycle lift is a snap... the lift stands up in a corner of your garage or shop when not being used. The powder coated steel components provide years of trouble free service.
