    Hi Guy's

I'm thinking of changing my triple tree assembly and increase the rake by 3 degrees, I need some feedback on the original sterring shaft diameter, and whether if any bearing assembly I would need to fit an after market  triple tree assembly to my 07 FXSTC. Any feedback be positive or negative would be appreceiated.

    Cheers

had 3deg on my train , no real handling problems, 3deg needs 4" overs to keep it a bit higher than level,  make sure u get trees with the stop pins on them or ull need to put internal stops inside ur neck , no big deal to fit them , get them of ebay cheap if need be

    Hi Bacamick,

when you had the 3 degrees on the train did you require a different bearing and race set up.

No I'm looking at changing out the triple tree's and replacing them with a new aftermarket set but I've heard on the grape vine that the the bearing race on the 07 up needs to be changed out. So now I'm confussed not knowing exactly what I need ?
