Does anyone know who HD Aus is run by?

I was told that it is a branch of Catapillar Australia (Kerry Stokes) can any of the dealers confirm this if your allowed to.

As far as I know, HD Australia is run and owned by HD Corp, U.S.A. (and paid for by us)

Catapillar has the distribution and wharehousing contract.
