So the times come to pull the 80cube out of the EVO.

I've wanted an upgrade for sometime now.

I am going 113ci, now the question is what brand.......

Revtech- All I read are bad reviews

Ultima El Bruto- I haven't heard anything too bad, what I have heard is from people abusing them

S&S- same as Ultima, only heard of failures over motor's getting a working over continually

Has anyone had/heard any experience with either of these three?

Found a forum years ago from blokes in the U.S that were all Custom Builders.

All said they wouldn't touch Revtech but if the customer wanted it so be it,no warranty from them the builder

    Ultima,only if you couldn't afford S&S

    S&S,top of the line.

Having said that though they all agreed that no matter what engine was purchased new,it should be pulled down & checked anyway.

Yep after talking with BRANKO and another mate I'm sticking with my initial decision of S&S.

Springer 13, if you can get a Treese 113" twin cam ( nothing to do with HD twin cam & bolts straight in to EVO frame ) you got a good motor!

The S&S Evo 113" is good, but i still say the Treese Australian Designed & built JUst use S&S FLYWHEELS & heads is the best stronger cases better crank case breathing and the best power & torque curve of the lot as John Treese designed the cams had them made here in Australia. think you buy them in QLD.
