Thoughts on O2 Sensors stuffed

I have just had the TTS running on my bike recording Generic O2 Data and I reckon my front sensor is stuffed.  It is stuck on 1200Mvs whereas the rear one fluctuating as per normal.  I have uploaded a couple of pic of the TTS Datamaster page.  I run 4 data runs and got the same result each time

Thoughts?  They are only $50.00 each as I asked HH today through Luke.  Yeah I can get them cheaper in the US but waiting for 2 weeks is annoying to save 20 bucks per item.   So if someone has any ideas as to why the sensor is not fluctuating let me know.  I doubt if it can be cleaned.  I am going to do another run tomorrow on the way to work and see if there is any improvement, If not the of to HH after work.

If you have the 02 sensor tool available swap front to rear, If the fault shows up at the rear then she's stuffed.
For $50 dont waste time cleaning them, cant hurt having spares.

I will do that this afternoon. I just run the TTS on the way to work, and it is very sluggish in response. The problem seems to be more evident at idle. I just pulled the sensor as well to see if it was carbonized up and it looked fine. I will swap them over this afternoon and if need be replace both tomorrow.

Swapped both sensors around and same issue, I had a look at the Map I am using and tweaked the AFR at idle from 13.00 to 13.9 and that seems to have resolved the issue atm. I will do another data run on the way home to check. If I am wrong to change the map let me know.

I had the same problem a while back, but with rear sensor reading 5000 mV & front reading 800mV. I did swap sensors over & came up with same result, dropped bias tables a bit & that seemed to help a little so I just procedded to V-tune & noticed rear sensor wasn't flickering on data map as much as front one, but after a couple of v-tunes it seemed to come good.

Thanks mate, yeah I noticed a difference on the way home. Although I got a bit of knock in the record. So weather permitting I will do I V Tune tomorrow and see what happens.

Had the same problem with mine. Did the swap etc like you guys and same result. With me it turned out to be an slight exhaust leak. No harm in having a spare O2 sensor.

Some of the exhaust systems don't allow for the sensor to be placed enough in the exhaust stream, from what I can tell. I have some concerns that some pipe manufacturers O2 bungs are a little too long.
