tape both sides of the screen and mark out the line you want to cut, use a fine tooth jigsaw, sand it off with ultra fine paper and you should be good to go. Remember, measure twice, cut once......

What city are in? I have always used someone who knows what they are doing. In Sydney I use Handcraft Fibreglass, 19 Prince William Drive Seven Hills Ph: 02 9674 3586. Other states not so sure but you may find someone near you on this listing:

A jig saw will work , but go slow and tape the area to stop scratching , and a fine blade too !!! A Dreamel can work too , but it does melt the plastic ...and take a lot longer...... maybe look at this to clean any edges that the jig saw didn't do too well .

The tape is there to stop the bottom of the feet of the jig saw scratching , also to help a texta to draw too , may help with a little chipping too . Wax may help the jig saw to glide on the tape .

Once done , look at filing the edge , or use sand paper , starting at 120 grit working down to some 600 wet n dry

In the factory ..we use to blow tourch the edge of perspex ,..set a nice blue flame and run around the face of the edge ,  this would make an instead polished clear edge ,..[ 1 m long edge would only have 5 seconds of heat over all +/- ..so you had to move pretty fast ] .... but i sugest to only do this on a few scraps first
