Ive finally getting the gist of things with the TTS, thanks hilly and ozroder - My bike is performing well but i have noticed, that its never idled at 1000rpm, it goes back and fourth from 920 to 1000. TTS has been set to 100rpm at 200 degrees
also there is alot of ratley engine noise coming from the heads and bores, at idle, its like a tappet noise which is the closest thing to describing it.
Is my timing out? do i need to change the spark advance?
could it be running to lean at idle???

Ozroder sorted my map out and what a diifference it has made, so much smoother and more power.... the noise ended up being a loose primary chain.. i adjusted it and its gone away... Thanks again Ozroder for your help mate!
