I know that this reply will be late but may be of value to people who decide to research this topic later. I have made inquiries with the Bunbury Shop regarding upgrades and I asked about ABS modifications to my 09 FXST, every time I can corner the knowledgeable people I take full advantage.
I have been informed that this exercise is very very cost prohibitive, somewhere in the vicinity of $3,000.00 + just for the parts and other modifications would be required.
this may help it may not, Cheers anyway.

I have it by default. Works pretty well (only tried back wheel :) )

Would I pay 3k to add it?

    Don't think so!

No major drama, but I have also found that a lot less factory HD parts are available to fit on bikes with ABS.

I have an FXST,and many times I have wanted to change certain things and all I see is "Fits 00-Later Softails (Except models with ABS)"
