I have contacted HD Auastralia, who are going to look into it. I spoke to the warrenty claims person and he reckons he has only had one other case the same as mine, which I am gussing must have been Limit 1 as this bloke reckons all warrenty claims go through him.

Hey Tuc, do not waste your time with the Darwin shop,if they start to fuck you around  like they did with me,phone HD Ausralia. Four months of being fucked around by the shop....fourty minutes after a phone call problem was sorted. Now just waiting on parts.

Picked the bike up yesterday evening and rode home and parked up,when I put the bike on the stand I could hear a knocking noise coming from the primary area. Turned the bike off, when I started it this morning it did not sound to good. Noise dissapated when bike lifted off stand,so I rode back to the bike shop this morning, and they promptly took the bike in for checking,
A while later a staff member came and handed me the keys to a brand new softtail and said they would call me when they find out what the problem is.
