I have a cheap ass chinese set of torx off ebay.... like allen key style, and they fit fine for all the torx bolts on my iron.
I remember someone on here saying they got a set of torx to fit a small ratchet from supercheap auto.
Dont use a normal socket on them. Supercheap may have them but they will be cheap crud likely to do more damage to you from cracking or splitting. Go to a proper tool shop like toolwerx or one of those mobile tool shops and order the correct bit. Its not worth ruining your bike or knuckles over something like this.
