    ratsmow,
I like the clean look of them and I think it will do the job well. She is always lookin around and not watching the traffic...... and then I nail it, she grabs me and then headbutts me for makin her slip. The shirts a good idea.

Post up a pic if ya can.

Looks like its been a while since there's been a post in here.  Our phones were having a little problem but we have fixed that glitch.  To answer your question about the backrest... what you see is pretty much it.  We kept it simple and strong and hid it under the seat.  Fits the factory holes and comes on and off in minutes.  Theres a rubber pad that goes between the bracket and the fender to save the paint.  Hope this helps.

Got mine fitted up yesterday, same outcome as stix's so I wont put up any pics. Very happy with the ease of fittment and the quality of the product. My old girl wants a friggin lounge chair on the back but is happy with the haulen ass rest.

Just one small thing --- stick a longer seat retaining screw in with the kit Haulen. It would cost a few cents and save some dicking around having to go out and get one yourself. Otherwise very happy. I got a 3/4 inch stainless screw from a marine chandlery (thanks for the tip RT) that done the job well.

Is the height of the back rest ajustable  ?

    Na Paul its fixed height.

Gives good support to the lower back (so I'm told by the wife) and givers her that secure feeling of not slipping off the back when I gently accelerate.

    Cheers Greg,

I like the fact that it's not to high and if you say the miss's can still hang on under "gentle"  acceleration, that'll do me

    Hey Paul. C,

At the moment we do not have a bracket that will fit the Fat Boy.  We have to figure out the radius difference in the fenders and form the brackets a little different.  We should have that figured out very soon.  (goin to a local dealer this week)  We offer two pads to choose from, one has 2.5 inches of clearence from the fender and the other has 3.5 inches of clearence.  If the seat is less than 3.5 inches tall we have a set up that will work.  Sorry but we should have it soon, I see you on the forum alot so I can keep you posted.
