You obviously didn't buy the bike in WA!!!!!......We have Frasers (Perth), SouthWest Harley (Bunbury) and Great Southern (Albany)

There are a few indies around as well, but for most warranty work ya need to go to a authorised dealer.

Or try supercycles, they're a fair bit cheaper. I get my servicing done there until out of warranty (then I'll do it myself) - I haven't had any warranty issues yet to test the theory of not using Frasers or Southwest HD etc.
Ordering parts? check out the threads on here about ordering from US - you will save a bundle. Or if you want to keep yours $$$$ in Aus, contact Luke from harley heaven on this forum, he will try to match the US prices or get as close to them as possible.
