Where to get bike serviced?

Just got my 1st service on my new 2011 Heritage which cost a fortune and I'm already dreading its second. Now I did take it to the HD dealer where I bought the bike, (Harley city Brunswick) which was why I suppose it cost so much. My question is: Do I have to keep taking my bike to a HD dealer or can I take it to any licensed bike mechanic and not void my warranty.?  If so, can anyone recomend a bike shop around the western suburbs of Melbourne and would it be cheaper? Or do I just bite the bullet and play it safe by using a HD dealer that knows about Harleys. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that Walka. I'm sick of dealers (even car dealers) that rip off people who (like me and you) that have worked hard for their cash. I even got ripped off, I believe by getting an adjustable lowering kit installed last week.  $130 bucks for half an hours work and I supplied my own kit and all he could say how shit the kit was that i bought and how I should of got a propper one from HD which was $120 more. Definately will try this Geof Hucker in future. Thanks again.
