rough running

As said here and by Bosch do not attempt to clean the O2 sensors. A good long run down the road will help clean them up. The best way is a long open highway and cruise the bike at a steady RPM around 2500 -3000 RPM, 30 - 40 miles in our yank terms one way then back should do the trick. This will run a fair amount of air and heat through the exhaust to get them hot and clean them up. I would also use a fresh set of HD Factory plugs.

Mate to my eye it looks like your sensors are playing up. They are not oscillating. As you said when doing the V tune your waiting light stays on for a long time? This would be normal if the Engine Temp was not in the area it should be. But you temps look fine. Maybe check your connections on each of the sensors. Also has you bike thrown any codes? look for a 152/153 or something similar as that would indicate that the sensors are reading either a lean or rich mixture that they can't adjust to... I read on another forum that you can take the sensors out and measure the voltage across the connection and it should give a reading as the sensor is heated up on a gas stove top. I just priced 2 sensors for mine and they are $55 each. I read in the Bosch web page that they are only good for 50K if they are the 2 wire sensors that are used. And if your bike has been running rich as hell then they could have been burnt out prematurely. And the voltage that they are indicating is way over the 800Mv that is the recommended limit for these sensors.
