88 CUBER NHRS KITS

      HI GUYS i been doing some thinking and ive now decided to go nuts and possibly do a bolt on full engine kit stage 3 for my 07 sporster, im thinking the 88 cuber kit, has anyone had any experience with these from nhrs?

    not sure if the link is active but put it in your search engine and have a read and any advice would be very much appreciated, basically now money is no issue il just save up and do it all in one go and make my sporty a fire breathing monster, haha

    ive done it, installed myself, very happy, went stage two heads, go for it can only recomend nrhs kits, good product and well packed fast delievery and good communication...

    well the 88 cubic inch kit involves having the crank case machined to accomodate the new barrels, but im looking at the stage 3 kit but will have to get the machining work done first and then get the kit installed but just looking for information on the whole thing

    my advice is bigger bucks for not that much more bigger bang so dont machine go 1250

    ok then how much difference is there in the 1250 to the 88 cubic inch kit? id like to not bore out my cases but still want my sporty to kick arse on the street and the strip? and jsut wondering if my TTS will accept and be able to properly tune the new kit?

    Nimo, if you're going to go all out, send an email to Dan @ NRHS and ask for advice. They're really helpful and will recommend the best set up for optimal performance.

    thanks 883 harley convert, im still looking into which way id like to go, i am after a still streetable every day rider that will just chew anything on the road lol, but still looking for reliability, il email nhrs and go from there

    coolies so where did all you guys get the kits installed? i not really equipped to put it in myself and dont want to mess it up.
    im looking to get my work done in brizzy area even though im in gladstone

    yeah im thinking brizzy at the furtherest id have to get the bike there and back might have to invest in a trailer soon lol, or ride it down and then ride it back when i pick it up but thats a looonnnggg ride lol on standard shockies

    Happy to say that my 1250cc kit has arrived, CAMS are here and the bike is booked into P & L Performance Cycles at Toongabbie first week back after easter!! It's been a bit of a wait, but fucking worth it by the look of things! Once its finished I post some updates on how she moves with the additional CC's!!

    883n, what parts did you buy? Was if from the US? Did P&L quote you?

    Will this upgrade work with the SE pro tuner? When you get these mods done do you need to bring the module to them? Sorry for the garage of questions. I am new to all this too.

    I have a 2011 denim black iron with SE heavy breather, SE pipes and SE pro tuner
