I have been doing some r & d on these factory crate engines and am curious if anyone has one of these or knows of any being used in Australia??????

Any input of experience or constructive opinions would be appreciated.

off hand there are 5 here in W.A...and they go well...make sure youve got chain drive though as the belt drives on the softies have been stripped ...not a bad engine for a crate motor
oh and make sure its a gen 2 motor...respectable quater mile times as low as 11.1 with pipe,cam and throttle body choice and of course a good tune...its a 10 sec engine with a good pilot

hi,  i would be interested in any dyno  H.P.  info  & or 1/4 mile times  & speed's ? ,      as we have just fitted out 1 ,  it's 1st mild  quick tune  doe's have a quite big # to her  with only low klm's on the clock ,     i was wating for stix's bike dyno read 1st just as a gauge ? ,                                                   this bike should be  back on the dyno soon,  but not tuned proper as yet ,   cheers

Andrew- just cant help myself mate, looking at options atm, and this seems like a cost effective deal if you can sell your original motor.

hi krash,    thank's,  the 3 fraser bike's are  1 is a  new 120R dyna wideglide but we think she blew a head gasket on the weekend  maybe she's a little bit tuff  that 1,  as is a strong motor ,    scott will settle into her soon, he ran a 10.9 @ 122 mph  3rd ever pass on this bike with a wheelstand . & the  dyna other  is andrew on the  113R  that i ported & polished etc  these 2 motors , andrew ran a 10.89  sec e.t. @ 122.5 mph,                                        i'am on the other dyna 113R  & ran a 10.75 @ 124 mph  5 th pass ever i rode her , she is a beaut bike & i'am in love with this bike already,  it'a a shame i will never be rich enough to own her  ,   a big thanks to fraser motorcycles for letting me ride there bike as i would not be able to race without there input ,    hey krash
