G'Day all,

Being a newbie to Harleys I appologise in advance for asking the obvious.

My intentions for my 48 are not unusual.

• V&H staggered shorts shots
• V&H duke high flow air
• and I have decided to go with the 'screamin eagle VCI tuner.

So what? I hear you say....fair enough.

In an effort to keep the costs down I looking at the states for the gear, and ebay was my first port of call.

Question: Is there any differance between a SESPT for the US as there if for elsewhere? even if they have the same p/n?

I ask as one of the sellers states 'DOES NOT AND WILL NOT WORK ON HDI - INTERNATIONAL MOTORCYCLES'

Any advice?

I definatly go with the sepst.....but

Why would a US sespt not work on our bikes but an aussie purchaced unit would even though they have the same part number?

You'd recon HD would have given them different p/n's

Ok! Hows this.......
The 2011 Catalog my Aussie dealer gave me has a 'Screaming Eagle Street Performance Tuner' p/n 4100008 in it. page 462.
On ebay one of the sellers has a 'Screaming Eagle Street Performance Tuner' p/n 41000008 but say that it will NOT work on Harleys out side the US.

Which makes me think You'd recon HD would have given them different p/n's.
