Tuner problems drivin me nuts, 2011 Softail Convertible CVO, Harley mechanic i get to work on ma bike cannot get tha SEPST tuner to install on my bike, will not highlight tha icon link that enables tha download to proceed.Anyone got help to offer?

Bike already has big air kit fitted as standard, got V&H sideshots fitted.

Checked tha plugs, rich/black showing on tha threads at tha top of tha plug.

Starting to think tha software has already been installed from new, Fark knows!
