Glen Innes this morning -5
Its lowest recorded temperature is -8.9° C,-5 must be a warm day there
-5 huh, makes me think it might be a stupid idea to take the budgie smugglers and zinc cream. I thought a swim in the creek might be on the cards. But, it's only May so far, June might be different.????????
Hey Evo,
Nuthin like a few practice runs to climatise.
Did a quick overnighter to Tamworth the other day. Minus 1.6 at 7.30am on the return run.
Ma fingers were a tad cool and the early morning briskness bought a few tears to me eye when i started riding.
mick do i need to pre pay for the numb nuts patch or pay when i get there
Hey Mick, patch received.....................................
PS: Steve, I am 101% sure you can pay on the day and get you patch at Gelnn Innes
Filthy,
Standby while I search Google for another excuse
Thermal underwear ordered. It's gettin' bloody cold.
KT,
FBM will be over the moon if ya can turn up with some strummin thingos.
Will be good if ya hand lets ya drive over the border into our fine state.
FBM and either of which son is riding with us - they all play the guitar.
So if ya got a few strummin thingos bring em all
No doubt FBM will post up here soon to your posts.
PS: I can use the front verandah post - any pole in a storm will do me fine.
KT, if you could throw in an accoustic that would be great man. Don't worry to much about a PA. But, don't put yourself out man (health wise). i tried to get one delivered, but none of the truck drivers from here i know are heading up that way.
Steamer, that photo of Joh', it was coke, uhuh, and i was drinking Saxbys creamy soda in that schooner glass behind him, uhuh, yep that's what we had.
I'll give you a ring this week Rock'
The featherweight twins are a bit feisty tonite
WooHooo, i've been sleeping with my nuts on ice gettin' ready, gettin' 'em good and numb.............................. I said that out loud aye? "DOH"
Now just askin Mick, what time depart from Gloucester after refullin?
Well, the folks that are goin' to the gig with me on the Friday, i was gunna throw a strip of bacon and an egg on the BBQ on Saturday morning, I thought we'd get away about 9.30/10.00am. Fuel upand hit the frog an toad, it's approx' 4hrs ride from Gloucester, i didn't see the point in hitting the road at sun up. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. I believe there is 4 guests staying on the Friday night.
