Iv'e sold my Old School Iron Head Bobber that I build last year. I had a blast with it,,, It was great fun piecing it all together. the input the you guys gave during the Build realy made it .and it made a bit of a name for it's self picking up Trophys in just abut every show I took it too.
Well now it time to do it all again. Once again the Bike is going to be used to show case the Products we sell here at VPW and how easy it it to Build a Bike for your self.. A lot of the stuff on this one is Totaly New Stuff that most of you would not have seen before and it's all availalbe .for your own Bikes. Im going to tell you about each Part and why Im using it . The plan is to have it ready for this summer. so here we go.......
Ok im building another Ridged Bobber , But this one's got a few Tricks.
Im using a Kraft Tech Frame as we are the Aust Agents for them. Kraft Tech Frames are one of the Best you can buy. They are fully Robotic TIG Welded in the US. Kraft Tech supply Frames for Sucker Punch Sallys, Pro One, Titan, Hellboune Steel, OCC Production, AND Many more. All Kraft Tech Frames come with MSO and meet Aust Standards.
The Frame Im using is a 30 Deg Neck and a 150 Rear,
Kraft Tech have Custom made the Frame for me to suit 21" Rear Wheel,,, Yes you read it right 21 " Rear, I told you this thing is going to Trick. The reson why iv'e got them to custom build one for me is that I what the Bike to sit low, Using there Stock Spec Frame it would be to high for the look im after.
You can see how good the Welds are
Ian,
All I can say is fan bloody tastic.
Are you going with a sportster engine again?
(could not make it to your shop earlier this month as I got rostered on evening/night for the Friday flying program at Avalon... might be back late May so will talk then)
You cannot still for one minute, good luck with build.
Yes the FXR Style Frame is the one that the Sucker Punch Swinger is Built on
Here's a Sneak Peak at the Wheels,, There the Latest Cut from RC Components, there called Summit's out of RC Eclipes series.
VPW is again the Aust Agents for RC so I have to get them on board,
RC only relased them on to the market last month, When I was first shown them as a protype, I new then that these were the Wheels for the New Bike.
Again RC have a fantasic range of Wheels and offer a 7 year warranty on their Chrome. I also have Matching Floater Rotors and Rear Chain Sprocket.
Both Wheels are 21 x 3.5 and Im using Metzler ME 880 21 X 120 on the Front and Metzler ME 880 21 X 140 on the Rear. Yes we sell Metzler Tyres too

Great stuff Ian, I will be watching this thread all the way
Im starting to get everything together.
The Front End Im using is one of the Latest from Attitude Inc, It's Attitude's Stlletto, 41 mm with 40mm Thick Tripple Trees.
The other feature they have is that the come will full hidden Top Trees and Axle, The Stiletto out of the box has Bullet or Pointed Stiletto Axle Covers. The Fork Stops will alow it to fit on to Softails and Dynas,
They also come with Twin Disc Brackets, You just unbolt one it your using a Single Disc, Most Front Ends you have to buy a Extra Braket. They come in Chrome or Black, O or 5 Deg, Standard or +2".
Im going with the Black O Deg Standard Length with the Pointed Stilleto Axle Covers
Im also using Attitude Inc Black Billet Forward Controls with Attitude Inc Impailer Grips and Pegs
Keen eye on this!
