Just got a 08 Super Glide Custom all good except I am not that keen on the tank decal.

1. What would it take to remove excisting tank decal and replace with a Fat Bob  - ie the HD insignia?

2. From what I understand the 08 FXDC, FXDWG and FXDF tanks are the same size. Are they the same shape/tank?

3. Know of any online shops in the US that sell tank decals for HD?

Gday Mark, try eBay for you tank decals mate. I see a shit load of Fat bob badges all the time.

Cheers Gilbo - found some used for $120. Will keep and eye on eBay to see if they come up any cheaper.

1 . remove very carefully with a bit of heat (hair dryer) and fishing line.wipe whats left with mineral turps use sparingly.

2 . yes they are the same.

3 .yes you can buy them.

4 .yes there are lots of places you can buy them.
