your best holiday on a bike

    I started out from Bris & went to  Roma , from there i went north through the central highlands , through Emerald , Clermont , Moranbah and to the coast at  Mackay .

    then went up north some more to Townsville, Cairns Port Douglas & on to the Daintree for a look , Very nice place . Then back to bris along the coast ,

    Did it on my old 06 1200 Sporty    ,  thats her

     

     

    Got home and still had the riding bug , so off i went again , to Sydney and Camberra .

    Want to do the Cairns trip again .

    My best holiday on a bike will allways be the next one.

    Saying that, I have been around Aus 3 times on a bike, and there is still much to see. Leaving in 4 weeks for another 11,000Km 1/2 lap of Aus.Love it.

    Just a weekend mission, from Ballarat, through the Ottways to Apollo Bay, along the Great Ocean Road to a mates beach house at  Moggs Creek where we had to put up with a view like this

    Then it was home to Ballarat, back along the Great Ocean Road via Geelong.

    Had about 4-5 hours riding to do and all weekend to do it... so we took all weekend.

    Looking forward to the Roadtrip to Alice in August, should be fugging awesome.
