Got a stage 1 on me 48. Joker Machine intake (4" K&N), Freedom exhaust and a Tmax with autotune. It's blowing back a bit of oil out of the intake and making a mess.
Does anyone have or know of a breather kit that'll fit the 48?

The oil level is half way between full and fill.
The spacer between the head and AC measures 1 inch.
It seems to leak a bit more oil when freeway riding.
Looks like you have Blocked of the Breather Holes on the Heads, The Gold Bolts that hold it on to the Engine should be Hollow and alow the Heads to breath, Thr Mountong Playte should be drilled to alow the fumes to go back into the Engine though the carbie. Looking at the Plate it doesn't look like there is enoth room . If the is no hole you will need to run a exturnal Breater

The gold bolts are hollow. They came with the JM AC kit and are part of JM's patented breather system. The oil mist travels through the bolts and down the 2 covered valleys (that you can see in the front shot picture) and into the intake. Some of the oil gets sucked back into the engine but the rest pools in the bottom of the filter and eventually drips out.
The setup you have Walka looks like it would solve the problem. I'm thinking of drilling and tapping holes in the spacers and attaching hoses and filter like that. Even tho I don't like the idea of drilling into a nice piece of cnc machined alloy.
The better way is to use on of these, I have one on my Bike, Zodiac Head Beather Kit P/N Z120167, You hook up a Hose and run ir to the Rear of the Engine . Dumps everything on to the ground
I was looking into those type of kits. Do you have any problems with oil getting on the rear tyre and brake?
