Don't know where it's going, but the flier I saw said it's put on by the "Geelong custom bike and hotrod club". I've heard that it's a pretty good show, so a few of us will go for a look.

Usually not much point askin where a ride is going as most of the time its easier if its not broadcast to all. Makes it a lot easier for the police to set up roadblocks for breathos and bike inspections. Whilst stopped at a pub in Richmond the police asked where the ride was going so that they could supervise. they were told politely to go to the back of the pack.

Sorry Terror, didn't take my camera, so no photos. Spewin, coz there were heaps of great bikes, 150-200+ (not to mention the Brad Pitt lookalike, whom I coulda taken photos of all day ... hehehe), but it was a very early start for us and the camera was just ONE thing I forgot :( I think me and Boof mighta been the only forum members on this ride!

A mate of mine went on the ride and was saying there was 200+ bikes, and on the freeway you could'nt see the end! Be good to see some pictures...

Is your mate talking about the same ride we were on? We didn't go on any freeways, but there were a lot of bikes ... hard to judge, but I did notice that the highest number in the poker register was 159 and I know at least one of our friends didn't register for poker, there must have been a few others who didn't register too. Like I said, spewing I didn't take the camera, but Boof & I left home at 7:30am, to make it to Geelong by 9:30am ... I can't think straight at that time of the morning ... LOL

Hey Jezza, that bike rode along side us for most of the way from Geelong to Airey's Inlet. To be honest (now that I know its not yours!!!) I loved the red on the bike, but I was a bit put off by the notes ... didn't think they did anything to enhance the bike ... BUT, if the owner thinks its schmick, then that's way cool with me.

What were you riding? We were on a black Heritage, two up and Boof & I both had brown jackets on, did you notice us? Shame we didn't realise we were all from the forum, woulda been great to catch up!
