Gday people

For at least a year I have been searching for a noise on my evo FXR,It sounded like a metallic chirping scraping sound, real loud and drove me nuts. I pulled apart everything, clutch, primary, repaired compensater,replaced rotor cover- worn on spline, even pulled out gearbox and had all earings checked all good.Replaced inner primary bearings, fine toothed combed everything.

In desparation typed in chirping noise from primary on the net and blow me down pages of belt chirp info. Spray of INOX on belt and noise all gone. Could,nt believe it after all that. Mind you bike is now perfect and all those fidley bits all nicely painted, so in a way it was all worth it
