Sundowner seat - question

Howdy, a few months ago I bought a new Sundowner seat from North Coast V-Twins (great service, long story) and it arrived all packaged in the box which included the seat strap seperate, as in not attached around the seat. No instructions either.

Can someone tell me how and in what position the strap attaches to?

Maybe a stupid question but do you just stretch it around the seat and attach it where the bolts that hold the front seat hook on?

    Cheers.

The strap goes under the seat and fastends to the bolt on the rear fender.Make a loop and slip the seat through. You can down load instructions from harley web site now.

Oh okay, to the hole on the rear fender that is used for solo seats? If so might have to do it another way as I swap between this one and my badlander pretty often. Thanks smeemn.

Ok, I may have interpreted it wrong initially. So I just use the same bolt holes in the bracket that screws to the rear seat. I said front hook in my first post but meant back one. Cheers.
