Yep I hear you. I sent my ECM gizmo to RevPerformance on the 12th of this month for programming after installing their tuner. I put the info sheet and a brief letter in the return box asking them to let me know when it arrived and roughly when I could expect it back.
I didn't hear anything so sent email to the sales bloke and the tech bloke asking if it arrived. I got mailback this morning from one saying it was on his desk with no paperwork and it must be mine and could I send the tech sheet to him; mail today from the other said it was modded and sent back to me on the 20th....

I emailed them both and attached the mail from the bloke who said it was sent on the 20th to the bloke that said it was still on his desk--- hmmm--- all quiet for some reason. I'm confident that mine is ont he way back as I KNOW I put the tech sheet in the box when I sent it off...

Overall though I've had a few years of trouble free ordering from O/S, touch wood (head)....

Bugger! Not good.

I am not as concerned as I guess you are, but just pissed that something simple can be fucked up. I run a business and I know mistakes happen, so lets just hope they are quick to make good.

Ok. I heard from Rogue. They are sendin me another one and I told them about selling this one to you and they are cool with that. S I guess the way it will work is that you pay them and then I send this one to you.

How does that sound. Don't worry about the shipping. It will only cost me 5 bucks to send it to you.

If that sounds ok I will find out how we bes pay them

Had a bit of time in my hands today and had a look at the thread "Complete oil change". 

Short story is I wont need to get yours as I made a similar set up using a shortened Wix filter. Having an evo with the

oil being filtered on return to the oil tank makes it simple.
