Hi Fellas,

I've got a screaming eagle aircleaner which i removed when i changed my bars and cables. When i put it back on, I didn't change the gasket. Should i have?

The reason i ask is that I've got a noise thats popped up and it sounds like its from the aircleaner, hard to explain, but it sounds like real light rattle or air sucking from somewhere, like i said hard to explain, only happens when i get on the throttle.

Mate. Had the same probs after I did a service. The SE air cleaner seemed a bit noisier than it used to be. Took it off, made sure it was seated properly, carefully retightened, & hey presto, problem solved. Although I was careful the 1st time I replaced it, I can not explain why it didn't seal correctly. Just one of those things. Good luck.
