Thanks to the guys at Harley Heven for the bike and bits.
I plain to go further but this early in the bike's life I'm concerned about the warranty. After talking to the guys at H.H. it now sound it me that Harley will use any mod to get out of the warranty. So the custom pipes, air cleaner and tuner will have to what a while.
I do alot of K's, if the bike don't give me any issue's after six months ( around 6 to 7000K's ) I think I will do it then.
Thanks Sambo.
I started by cutting as far as down between the reflector and fork as I could with tooth floss. As other have posted. I only got about 1cm down, but this was enough, to weaken the contact. I then slowly levered it off with a plastic spatula. If you can get it to peel of the forks, it come off clean, no sticky crap left on the fork.
Nice ride mate I'm sure what ever you do will be an improvement.and when your finished you can buy another one and start again Lol
I wish. Missus wanted a bike, she got the old one. I got a new one. It was a good deal. Had to up the mortgage to get thing. Don't have a car. Hope we don't have another cold wet winter. It sucked last year.
