I bought one of these, however my hair is too thick and I cant get it done up at the base of my head, only down towards the end of the ponytail.  I am wanting to get in contact with the manufacturers and see if they have different sizes tho.

Now thats just nasty

I remember long hair and just maybe I have a solution - if not, shout me down.

Back in my long haired sunbleached surfing days my girl friend pestered the shit outta me to let her 'braid it'. As you can imagine, I protested muchly but eventually gave in; but only because she was a real hottie. She looked just like Brooke Shields in 'Blue Lagoon'....... but I digress.

So anyway, I eventually allowed her to braid it one afternoon (coz she was hot remember) and she did a stirling job - even I was impressed! "Yep, that's great - now undo it please... I said Please!"

But noooo; we needed milk and I should pop down the shops in the car to get some before she could un-braid the hair. Bitch! Fortunately I also had a 2 stroke 250cc Suzuki road bike and this allowed me to stand in line at the corner shop with the open face lid camouflaging the braided melon. In fact, I probably woulda worn the open face if I had taken the HQ Holden! 

But back on topic Ladies, all the hair remained INSIDE the helmet and no-one was the wiser. And no nasty split ends I'm told. Just sayin'
