first post here goes i have recently bought new 2010 fxst not my 1st had 4 previous but this is the 1st 96 cub .i have fitted s&s tapered shorty slip ons ,s&e air cleaner ,harley race tuner my question is what is the flap in the back header pipe what does it do can i reander it in operable and remove all the bullshit that goes with it ie cable modulatof unit and what ever i am and old bloke but still like a bit of noise
thanks hog bagger for your reply could you tell me what to do with the electrial conection if i remove the modulator and also how do i stop the flap in open position and will any warning lights come on or any other bull shit before i get the spanners out and fcuk some think
