I hope someone can help ... I have a 2011 Roadking, i bought a clock from Marlins and the instructions say to lift off the ring around the fork lock and remove the two screws that are underneath.  The problem is that there is only two rivets under there. Is this a new harley security idea? How can I get them out?

You need to be able to remove these in order to be able to change the bars, which is on my wish list .... any ideas?
