Ive been doing alot of Bike Shows across the country over the last year or so with my Bobber and it's always been a dramer loading and unloading it by my self.

So today I finaly have some time to build a Automatic Bike Loaded,,, The Best part it only cost me about $500.00.

I started with a $99.00 3000 KG Boat Winch from Super Cheap, I bought a Bike Wheel Trailer Chock from Ezy Trailer for $145.00, $50.00 of Wheels and the Rest in Steel.

    Nice Walka,
How does it transition from the ramp to the Ute section? Do you just winch up so the slider is starting into the Ute and then lift the ramp? Is there much weight on the ramp when it gets lifted to the supported position (in third photo)?

Looks the goods and well done.

Yes Sorry It's 2 Parts, The Ramp Bolts on to the Front Half , The Ramp has Legs on it to made it easy to Bolt to the Front Half. Then it all Tips Up on a Hinge. Once the Bike is Loaded, It just takes a few Minutes to Unbolt it and slide it into the Tray

Love the loader. Top stuff. I'm impressed. I would have probably thought about making a trailer. Your ramp is much better idea.
