I'm looking for advice on how to get a rear fender bib for my 05 Heritage.  Once I take the pillion seat off I'm left with a hole in the top of the fender and protector stuck to top of fender (hopefully photo attached).  Troubler is pillion seat attaches to bottom of main seat (hopefully photo attached) and therefore if I put a leather bib attached to bottom of seat and get new screw to attach at the base, it is likely to flap in the wind and damage fender.  If you can make sense of my issue and have an idea, happy to hear from you.  Cheers.

 

 

I've got a 5201--08 bib fitted to my Deluxe where the seat would be and while it mounts down with the 2 gnurled nuts that hold the seat on that model it's pretty firm leather and I dont reckon it would flap????? theres also some chrome inserted types for diamond seats - run thes numbers in your google search to see if these would do the trick 52053-96 & 52620-95 )straight outta H-D's big parts book).

Hey spanners (sorry about the incorrect spelling in earlier message), it appears the parts you suggested do not fit the FLSTC. Will keep looking as pillion seats off at the moment and it looks crap. Cheers.

hey milo...i have answered your PM.... a bib with rare earth magnets in the lining will keep the bib in place.
