I have an 08 fxdc. Was running de baffled stock pipes sounded ok but bit quiet. Changed to v+h straightshots slipons  and powercommander. Gained HP but too noisey. OK when throttling up to speed but when sitting at cruising noisey as. I want to change but my question is do I get S+S or screaming eagle.Are s+s as loud as v+h or quieter. Are screaming eagle too quiet. I want performance and nice rumble V+H bark to high pitch killing ears. Any clues Ian FXDC. 

Just put a set of S&S slipons on the 08 Dyna. Good performance and great sound. Not as loud as V & H. Had em last year.

I went to a set of Freedom Performance slipons and they have a nice note when you give it to it but not too loud when cruising. Depends what look your after as well.
