I have a 2005 Dyna Superglide and the dogs ("mans best friend!") got a hold of the front brake line. they didnt make it all the wat thorugh but destroyed the braid and chewed the kevlar.

So i got myself a new line and fluid. I haven't bled brakes before and was looking for some help off some people wit first hand knowledge.

    Any directions will be helpful.

    Cheers!

Check this link out from the forum. Its actually a great step by step guide for doing an ape install but there is a section on bleeding the brakes (and a link to another site as well). Haven't tried it yet myself but sounds like a pretty good option.

I've just finished bleeding mine after new line install. If you're want I can come over and help you. It takes about half an hour. You'll need DOT 5 fluid, couple of foot of clear hose usually 6mm, 3/8in spanner.( Check the bleeder it may a different size.) You may need a star spanner to remove the banjo bolts off the lever and caliper. Two different sizes sometimes. pm me if you want a hand...beagle
