New to the Harley club and the forum... Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict/govern an 883 iron to have it certified as learner legal?? And if it's possible, how difficult is it to 'undo' once certified?

Not sure it is as easy as just restricting it. I think you have to get it on the approved list which is porbably harder:
