It's called 'Cafe Racer' and it's on the pay telly on the 'Turbo Max' channel every Monday night. Havent seen any Harleys (predictably) but if you like older bikes it's worth watching.

Last weeks show focused mostly on old characters (Rockers and Mods) and their bikes in the UK during the 50's and 60's. And there was a fair amount of footage from the famous Bikers hangout, the ACE CAFE in London (this place still pumps even today - Google it).

Tonights show (I missed the first half) was USA based and ran a story on Piano Man Billy Joel, a bike nut tragic! He's got quite a collection of retro cycles though not as many as Jay Leno. And BJ has just started a bike museum/cafe on Long Island so his heart's in the right place!

Anyway, it's a new series and for a change it's not about cooking or singing or dancing and it's all about old school bikes and those who love 'em!

yeah, caught the re run this morning - pretty kool - its just a shame that all the bike shows on discovery and turbo max are at least 5 years old - personally i love watchin the biker build off series and motor city motors but they are all old - and a new one about so cal speed shop and a group of apprentices goin through there - its called "hard shine" - pretty kool but those too are old - surely theres some new biker build off series from the u.s that arent 5 yrs old FFS.
