Young Jayden passed away around midnight last night.

Ohhh Noooo....that is just the saddest news after the other day.......RIP.....our thoughts are with his family....

it is sad but on the positive side

the brave kid got his wish thanks to a lot of caring people ..he would have died with a smile on his dial and with his loving family around him
