Was good if you look at it from the point of view as a small show, but i dont like to be raped at the gate, id rather be fed to the lions.....

Paid my money at the gate, - could barley drag my enthuisiasm out to the 1hr i was there......& id been lookin frwd to it as its one of the few occassions i catch up with some mates i dont see very often. always been a firm believer if its $1....10 people will come......if its $10 only 1 will go........10 people have much more money than 1 person to spend so it makes good economic sense to have cheaper entry...my opinion....just like asrseholes eveyone's got one...and thats mine.......

Of interest, anyone get a picture of 'Best Sportster'?

 I thought the bikes on the grass outside the show were better, i dragged two mates there much to their disappointment, rescued the afternoon by having a late lunch and a few beers at Torque (Frasers Concord).

This show use to be a good show & full of good machine in the show & the parking area, since they have moved it from January to March it has got smaller. Its not the show it was & putting cars in is not going to help it they will just take over. This is year was the last for me for a couple of years I think.

Just noticed this post, also I know this show was last month.

First time to this show, we were a bit disappointed with the price of entry, but its a great spot to have this show.

My partner and I were listening to the music and they called both our bikes out saying we had won a prize for good looking bikes softail & sportster in the carpark on the grass.

We were both chuffed at winning a prize, never won a prize before, I guess the prize more than covered the entry fee so all was good :-)

Did you & your wife get a shirt as well, I was one of those lucky parking area bikes as well at least it made up for the rape @ the gate.
