Can anyone tell me if there will be any probs if i fit a 200mm rear on a vrsc that currently has a 180mm ?

no idea mate but theres only one way to find out, you can put a 250 tyre on the 240 ones so you may be able to

A couple of things you may need to watch is belt clearance and rubbing against the saddlebag mounts that form part of the rear frame - I think these will need grinding back. Suggest that you check out 1130cc.com and do a couple of searches there.
