Its not illegal to take a photo of someone in public, you can say no. Same as when you get arrested, not illegal for them to take your photo, BUT they also have no legal right or power to take your photos - you can say no, turn your back, cover your face. Finger printing they can do though, no escaping that..

I'm with you Robo , always told my kids they have got the biggest gang in the world , it don't pay too argue with them , keep your mouth shut and go on your way , if you come across a bad one , ok you can stick to your rights , and give him a mouthfull , but he can also defect you or whatever .

If he's a good one just doing his job , be civil , you don't have to lick arse , just be civil and go on your way .

Also don't know where all this paranoia is coming from , i ride my bike ALL the time , i'm never off the thing and never get pulled over and picked on , , been through breathos and not been pulled, .

Last year i even got pulled over , going to the marion shopping centre , he asked why i had no reg, i told him bullshit i 've got reg i checked it that morning , , turns out , the numbers were mixed i thought the rego sticker read 10 it read 01 . I said my sugar levels were high and my vision gets distorted sometimes , only excuse i've got officer, he asked if i had my bankcard i said yep . He said i know what you mean i'm a diabetic myself. Theres a rego place round the corner about 200 metres go there and do it now , and with a smile he said , and use the fine money to get some glasses,

He did'nt fine me , not a bad bloke and proves being a smart arse don't pay
