Is there a big difference between the progressive 412 and 440 shocks in terms of ride, and is it worth the extra cost?

Thinking of buying either for my yet to own Iron.

Any feedback would be great.

 So with 430 and 440, you wear them out and they rebuild them under warranty?  I like the look of the black 430s.  Nearly twice the cost though.

i just ordered 11 inch 412 for my iron cause its way to high with the standard ones, it look hidious! im just hoping it doesnt rub

 i just ordered 3 inch lowering blocks. $50 posted.  im cheap.
