I have a MyUS address, have a couple of years now, you will have to renew each year, I think the rates are cheaper the more "premium" service you get
I was happy and the packing was good,
the good thing is when the people you buy from wont ship here or cant ship here, they are normally free shipping in the US, so it not the double dip postage cost

you could buy it in Australia, laws prevent the us shops from posting to Aus, I saved $200 getting it from the states, free post to MyUS address, then I send it to myself (for a fee)
it was a couple years ago, when you could get the camera for $500Au
