I'm taking part in the Warrior Dash 2011 at Glenworth Valley NSW on 12th Feb along with my daughter and have decided to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia in the process. PCFA have been supported by the bike community for a number of years as you can see from their website;

The Warrior Dash is a 5.13km assault course including mud pits, fire, tyres and walls among others. Our reason for taking part aside from fund-raising, probably insanity. There again there is the reward of a beer and furry Viking Helmet for completion, so I was sold on it from the start !
